Course Description
The FAIA Academy is a comprehensive onboarding program designed to quickly develop newly licensed agents into confident, productive professionals. Through a blend of technical training and professional development, participants build essential skills in coverage knowledge, compliance, E&O prevention, sales, and customer service.
Agents also gain experience with key agency tools, including AMS and AI, while earning industry-recognized credentials. With a structured learning path and opportunities for peer connection, the Academy equips participants to succeed and contribute from day one.
Registration & Scholarship Information
Enrollment for the FAIA Academy is limited to 20 participants and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
A limited number of partial scholarships are available. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please do not register yet. Instead, complete the scholarship application form HERE.
Scholarship recipients will be notified by June 15 and will receive instructions on how to complete their registration at that time.
If you are not applying for a scholarship, you may proceed with registration and payment to secure your spot.
